Privacy Policy

Overview

Awesome Toolkit is built with privacy by design. All tools run entirely in your browser. No personal data is transmitted to our servers during normal tool usage. We do not operate accounts, newsletters, or analytics tracking.

Data Controller

Data We Do Not Collect

• No registration data — no accounts, no email addresses.
• No form submissions sent to our servers — all processing is client-side.
• No behavioural tracking, advertising cookies, or analytics pixels.
• No fingerprinting or cross-site tracking.

Server Logs

Like any web server, OVH (our hosting provider) automatically records standard access logs: IP address, date/time, URL requested, browser user-agent, and HTTP status code. These logs are retained and processed by OVH for security and infrastructure purposes, in accordance with OVH's privacy policy. Marshkalk does not use these logs for profiling or marketing.

Local Storage

Several tools (budget planner, countdown timers, book tracker, blood pressure log, etc.) save data in your browser's localStorage. This data never leaves your device — it is stored locally and can be cleared at any time via your browser settings. Marshkalk has no access to this data.

Third-Party API Calls (Tool-Initiated)

Two tools make direct requests from your browser to third-party services. These requests are initiated by your browser, not our server:

• DNS Lookup tool — queries Cloudflare DNS over HTTPS (cloudflare-dns.com). Cloudflare's privacy policy applies.
• IP Info tool — queries ip-api.com to retrieve geolocation data for an IP address. ip-api.com's terms apply.
• Currency Converter — queries open.er-api.com for live exchange rates. Their terms apply.

Marshkalk receives no data from these requests.

Cookies

Awesome Toolkit does not use cookies for tracking or advertising. Your theme preference (dark/light mode) and a few UI states are stored in localStorage, not cookies.

Your Rights (GDPR)

As we collect no personal data, there is generally nothing to access, rectify, or delete on our side. If you believe we hold data about you, or for any privacy-related inquiry, contact us at contact@marshkalk.com.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority: CNIL — Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés.

We may update this policy when we add new tools or third-party integrations. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
