About Visual Memory Test

Visual (visuospatial) memory is the ability to remember patterns, images, and spatial locations. It relies on the visuospatial sketchpad, a component of working memory. Average adults can hold 7±2 items in working memory (Miller's Law). This test progressively increases difficulty. Regular practice with memory exercises may help maintain working memory capacity. Results vary by age, fatigue, and distraction level.
