About Walk/Run Interval Timer

Interval training alternates running and walking to build aerobic fitness progressively. The C25K (Couch to 5K) programme uses 8-week progressions starting with 60s run / 90s walk. Audio cues (Web Audio API) signal each switch. The warm-up walk prepares muscles and reduces injury risk.
