About Stretching Timer

30 seconds is the minimum recommended hold time for static stretches to improve flexibility (ACSM guidelines). Rest between stretches prevents muscles from tensing up. An audio beep (Web Audio API) signals each transition. For a full cool-down, 8 stretches × 30s hold + 5s rest ≈ 5 minutes total.
