Training Load (CTL/ATL/TSB)

Enter daily TSS values and calculate your Chronic Training Load (fitness), Acute Training Load (fatigue), and Form (TSB).

Enter one TSS value per line (oldest first). Leave a day as 0 for rest days.

About Training Load

CTL (Chronic Training Load) is a 42-day exponentially weighted average of TSS β€” your long-term fitness. ATL (Acute Training Load) is a 7-day average β€” your short-term fatigue. TSB (Training Stress Balance) = CTL βˆ’ ATL. Positive TSB means fresh/recovered; negative means fatigued. Race day form is best around TSB +5 to +25.
